Consisting of 10 acres of buildings that have been renovated after remaining derelict for years, the venue provides a number of unique spaces to hire for your festive party this year.

The Boiler House is one of the main event spaces here. This Grade II listed building is an absolutely stunning space that is perfect for large meals. Or you could choose to hire the Corbet Place Bar & Lounge, a loft-style space with a unique atmosphere where red brick, large windows, chandeliers and spotlights turn on the style.
93 Feet East provides a selection of rooms complete with stages, screens, lighting and sound systems for private parties, as well as a beautiful cobbled courtyard. Or you could choose Café 1001, which has an excellent sound system and is ideal if you want to feature live music for your event. All the spaces have easy access and are incredibly versatile so that you can create your own event, and parking is available for your guests.
