Venue DescriptionBuilt in 1825 as St. Mark’s Church, this Grade I listed Greek revival style building was neglected for years before being reopened as an events venue in 2009. The sensitive restoration ensured that it retained many of its original features, and now this opulent space is one of the most popular venues in London. However, 2015 is the last Christmas it will be hosting events, so get in quick if you want to ensure you don't miss out.
The Narthex has a huge entrance, white pillars and original mosaic flooring, creating a stunning space that is also incredibly versatile. It is perfect for receiving your guests, and you can hold a drinks reception here for up to 120.
The Grand Hall is a stunning room of high ceilings and exquisite architecture. Full of original features including the pulpit and the font, this unique room can fit up to 350 seated guests. There is also the Mezzanine, complete with gilt chandeliers, that looks over the Grand Hall and which is the perfect place for your champagne reception for up to 300 guests.
Exciting lighting and decor will highlight the stunning wooden floors, stained glass and balcony, enabling guests to dine, dance and revel in the festivities.
