|Nearest station:||Fenchurch Street (Mainline), Monument, Bank (Tube)|
Venue DescriptionBuilt in 1780, Watermen’s Hall is the only remaining original Georgian Hall in the City of London. It is a fine venue for parties and banquets, where Georgian designs from the 18th century adorn the walls of the historic building and provide an elegant setting for the grandest of Christmas celebrations.
You have four unique spaces to choose from here, starting with the Parlour Room. This stunning room on the ground floor used to be the Clerk's office, and now boasts stained-glass windows and an incredible gold-leaf ceiling after being carefully renovated. It is the perfect space for an intimate festive party.
The Freemen’s Room is an elegant and historic space where your guests will enjoy looking at the many paintings and historic artefacts that surround them as they enjoy their meal. It is the largest function space, and it is perfect for any style of event as you have complete control over the theming.
The Court Room is normally used together with the Freemen's Room, and it is the perfect space for your cocktail reception. Then you have the Silver Room, another intimate space where your guests can dine surrounded by historical books and prints.
Stunning modern cuisine matching the bold elegance of the venue itself and a perfect city location promise a traditional British Christmas party of stylish perfection.
